Returns
- We do not accept returns on swimwear for hygiene reasons.
- All other items are eligible for returns within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

All custom design requests must be made at least 14 days in advance to ensure proper planning, sourcing, and craftsmanship.
• Starting Price: Custom designs begin at $400 and vary depending on the complexity, materials, and time required.
• Rush Orders: For clients needing a faster turnaround (under 14 days), rush custom designs start at $550.
✍️ Consultation:
Each custom design requires a mandatory $50 consultation, which includes:
• A one-on-one design discussion
• Sketching and concept development
• Material sourcing
• Sizing and fitting details (or final shipping dates for remote clients)
This fee is non-refundable and secures your place in our custom schedule.
